Thiruchitrambalam: Thai Kelavi – The first single from Dhanush & Anirudh Ravichander -

Thai Kelavi – The first song from Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil film Thiruchitrambalam, produced by Sun Pictures is now available on all streaming platforms. Anirudh composed the music, and Danush wrote and sang this foot tapping number. Anirudh made his cinematic debut in Dhanush’s ‘3’ and went on to produce other popular albums for Dhanush’s subsequent movies, including VIP, Maari, and Thanga Magan.

Danush will be seen romancing three women in this Mithran Jawahar-directed movie: Nithya Menen, Raashii Khanna, and Priya Bhavani Shankar. The movie, which Kalanithi Maran is funding under the famed production company Sun Pictures, will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The technical team for the movie includes Prasanna GK and Om Prakash.

Senior actor Prakash Raj plays Danush’s father and renowned actor-director Bharathiraja plays Danush’s grand father in Thiruchitrambalam.

Thiruchitrambalam will hits the theatres on August 18, and will be distributed by Red Giant. Dhanush is returning to the big screen after 3 continuous OTT releases including Jagame Thanthiram, Maaran, and Atrangi Re. Dhanush’s last release was Karnan in 2021, which marked the highest opening of his career.

The satellite rights of the film is retained by Sun TV and the streaming rights of the film is by default with Sun NXT.
