NETIZENS REVIEW: Sai Pallavi impresses audience with her strong performance in courtroom drama ‘Gargi’ -

Sai Pallavi’s Gargi released in theatres today and audience have called it one of the best Tamil movies of the year. Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi debuts as a producer with this movie.

The netizens has given Sai Pallavi’s film, positive reviews. Her acting has been praised as being “top notch”. Sai Pallavi portrays the title character in the movie, a daughter who goes to tremendous measures to seek retribution for her father. The movie, which is based on true events, portrays the legal story of a daughter who uses every legal strategy at her disposal to get her father out of custody. The constraints of women in society and their distinction from parents are also thought to be major themes in the movie.

The music for Gargi was done by Govind Vasantha, and cinematography by of Sraiyanti and Premkrishna Akkattu, and editing by Shafique Mohamed Ali.

Gargi, which Gautham Ramachandran produced alongside Ravichandran Ramachandran, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Thomas George, and presented by actor Suriya’s production company, 2D Entertainment, the producers revealed on social media. The movie will also be released in Telugu and Kannada in addition to Tamil.

The film Gargi is marketed as an intense courtroom drama. The movie also stars Kaali Venkat, Saravanan from Paruthiveeran, and Aishwarya Lekshmi in a cameo role, and Sai Pallavi in the lead role.

Sai Pallavi will appear alongside Sivakarthikeyan in the next Rajkumar Periasamy-directed film, while Sai Pallavi. Raaj Kamal Films International, owned by Kamal Haasan will produce the movie.
